The first 24 hours after brow lamination, and what comes next

Whether lamination holds neatly for 6 to 8 weeks depends largely on the first day. Here is what to do and what to avoid, step by step.

A full brow brushed upwards in the light

Lamination softens the brow hairs and sets them in a new direction. Because that setting is not fully settled in the first hours, the day after you leave the studio is the most critical period.

The first 24 hours

Keep water, steam and makeup away from the brows. Keeping the forehead dry when washing your face and taking a short, warm shower is enough. Try not to sleep face down; a brow rubbing against the pillow can point in a different direction by morning. Brow pencil, gel and cream should also wait during this time.

From the second day

Brush them upwards every morning with a clean brow brush. Brushing in the evening with a drop of nourishing oil feeds the hairs and keeps them glossy. Stay away from saunas and solariums in the first week; strong heat can loosen the setting.

When to repeat?

The effect lasts 6 to 8 weeks depending on the hair cycle. Repeating sooner tires the hairs, which is why we do not suggest shortening the interval. Brow tinting can be done in the same session and makes the fuller look more visible.

A dry, untouched brow on the first day, then brushing upwards every morning. That is all. You can write on WhatsApp with any questions.
