How do we work?
No one reads you a list the moment you walk in. First we listen to what you want; we look at your skin, your brows or your target area together. Sometimes we suggest something simpler than the service you came for, and sometimes we suggest waiting a step.
We tell you the price, how many sessions are likely and how long it will take before we begin. There are no items appearing later; if we need to go beyond the plan, we ask you first.
Metal tools go into the autoclave after every guest. Files, buffers, couch covers and permanent makeup cartridges come out of their packet in front of you. We would rather you saw that than heard us say it.

Facial Care and Cleansing: How often should I have facial care?
For most skin a regular monthly session is enough. The interval can be shortened during periods of strong sun or increased oiliness.
Hand and Foot Care: Do nail extensions harm the natural nail?
With the right application and the right removal, the nail structure is preserved. Do not remove the extensions yourself; simply come to the studio for removal.
Permanent Makeup: How long does it last?
1 to 2 years on the brows and 2 to 3 years on the lips. Skin type, sun exposure and the care products you use all affect the duration.
Brow Lamination: Does it make the brows fall out?
When the right products and the right timings are used, the hairs are not damaged; the keratin serum in the last step feeds them.
